What’s included in the pass
Q: Do I have to pay VAT if I am purchasing tickets for an EU VAT registered company? No, you do not. Please contact us for manual payments – either over the phone or via invoice – with VAT deducted. EU VAT registered companies do not need to pay VAT and we will request your VAT number to process the payment.
Q: Do you include a VAT invoice to claim VAT back? Yes, we do. If you register automatically using a credit card you will be sent the conference pass and a receipt for your payment.
Q: I’m experiencing problems paying via credit card, can I request an invoice or pay over the phone? Yes, you can. You can either register automatically using the facility above or you can contact us and we will prepare an invoice for you.
Q: I’m generally having problems with the registration process, can I register over email or the phone? Yes, you can. Please phone us on +44 (0) 207 420 3252 or email [email protected] if you have any problems, questions or would simply like us to register you and your team for you. Happy to help.
Q: I would like to register a large group. Do you offer group discounts? Yes, we do. The discount depends on the size of the group so please contact us and we will discuss numbers, budgets and discounts over the phone or email.
